Ticket Refund Policy

The cancellation fees will be applied according to the following criteria based on days leading up to the event.

• 10+ days before the conference: no cancellation fee.
• 9~7 days before the conference: 10% of the ticket price.
• 6~3 days before the conference: 20% of the ticket price.
• 2~1 days before the conference: 30% of the ticket price.
• On the day of the conference: 90% of the ticket price.
