Dan Eskow
Dan is a classically trained recruiter, with experience supporting quant funds, tech companies, and banks. In 2021, he founded Up Top Search as a vehicle to place his quants at crypto funds. He then partnered up with some of the top VC’s and incubators to support their portfolios of early stage DeFi / web3 companies. Dan has built an innovative “sports agent” model that aligns himself closer to the candidates than the clients, and is committed to bringing transparency, community & open access to hiring opportunities in the space.
