What does the ticket include?
This ticket provides two-day access to the KBW2025: IMPACT conference, including all speaking sessions, general networking areas, and exhibition booths throughout the event.
How do I know if I am registered?
Once you've purchased your ticket through the homepage, a confirmation email will be sent to you. You can also access your ticket information by selecting 'My Ticket' on the homepage and entering your email address along with the ticket number.
How do I receive my badge for the event?
On the day of the event, you will receive a name badge and wristband at the registration desks, which are located in the lobby and on B1F. Simply present the ticket QR code you received by email along with a valid photo ID, such as a national ID, passport, or driver’s license.
- Student Ticket Holders: Please provide a valid ID along with your student ID card.
- Media Ticket Holders: Please Provide a valid ID along with your business card.
Can I purchase a ticket on-site?
Owing to the venue's capacity constraints, tickets availability is limited. Should tickets sell out online, please note that a limited number may become available at the event itself due to any last-minute cancellations.
About Ticket Cancellation and Refund Policy?
① Cancellations made within 7 days of ticket purchase are eligible for a full refund.
② Please review the refund policy outlined below for details on partial refunds:
- From September 14 to August 16, 2025: 90% of the purchase price will be refunded.
- From September 17 to September 20, 2025: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded.
- From September 21 to September 22, 2025: 70% of the purchase price will be refunded.
- After September 23, 2025: No refunds will be issued.
Note: If conditions ① and ② both apply, condition ② will take precedence. However, full refunds are provided for cancellations made before 12 PM on the day of ticket purchase, as long as it is within the cancellation period.
*The actual refund date may vary slightly, depending on the time of the cancellation and the payment method used
Does my ticket give me access to all the events during KBW2025?
Tickets to KBW2025: IMPACT grant access exclusively to the conference on September 23 and 24.
What are the ticket office hours of operation?
The ticketing office operates from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (KST). If you have any questions, please contact us at ticket@koreablockchainweek.com, and we will respond promptly. Tickets are available for purchase on the homepage.
What happens if I lose my badge at the event?
Both a name tag and a wristband are required for entry into the event venue. If either is missing, you may be asked to leave. Please note that these items cannot be reissued under any circumstances, including damage or loss. We appreciate your understanding.
Will food and beverages be served during the event?
Lunch catering, coffee, and water will be provided inside the event venue on both days.
Will there be WiFi at the venue?
Wi-Fi will be provided inside the event venue for attendees.
Is parking available at the venue?
Parking registration is available for event attendees only. However, as parking space is limited, we recommend using public transportation or the shuttle bus.
Is the event wheelchair accessible?

What items are not allowed in the venue?
Please be aware that for safety reasons, specific items are prohibited inside the venue. This list includes but is not limited to weapons of any kind, musical instruments like noise makers, flammable items such as aerosols and some liquids, and any illegal or illicit substances, including drugs. We kindly request that all attendees comply with these guidelines to ensure the safety and security of everyone participating in the event.
