Isidoros Passadis (Izzy) has been contributing to Lido DAO for the last two years as the Master of Validators. 

Together with other co-collaborators in the NOM workstream, they help facilitate processes between Node Operators and the DAO, helping these stakeholders work together to increase the decentralization of the protocol and improving the validator set.

Izzy comes from a traditional corporate background, having spent years in Big 4 and large companies such as Nike, engaged in a variety of areas ranging from strategy to auditing. He studied international relations and economics.
