Janine Yorio
Janine Yorio is the CEO and co-founder of Everyrealm, a technology and infrastructure company that develops and invests in businesses related to virtual worlds, social video gaming, and the metaverse—an ecosystem also known as immersive media, backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Coinbase, Lightspeed and celebrity investors including the Weeknd, Will Smith and Paris Hilton. Janine was previously the CEO and co-founder of Compound, a fintech app focused on real estate investing that was backed by NEA and Founders Fund. Compound, named one of Inc. Magazine's 50 world-changing startups to watch, was acquired by Republic in 2020. She previously worked as a partner in private equity firm, Northstar Capital, and in real estate development and investment at Standard Hotels.She is a graduate of Yale University.
