Ticket Purchase Guidelines
- Payment details and ticket QR links will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase.
- All ticket purchases can only be made with a credit card or USDC. Cash receipts and tax invoices are not available.
[Ticket Guidelines]
1. On-site identification verification will be conducted for all tickets, and if there is a mismatch with the registered attendee information, you will not be able to receive a name tag and wristband.
2. For student tickets, on-site verification will be conducted via a student ID card with a photo and identification card. If student identification cannot be verified, you must pay the price difference (based on on-site selling price) to receive a name tag and wristband.
3. Valid identification: Resident registration card, driver's license, passport, or any official document with a photo.
* For holders of student tickets, both a valid identification and a student ID card with a photo must be presented.

1. Pre-registration Desk Operation Guidelines:
- Date: September 4, 2023 (Monday) 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Venue: 1st Floor, KBW2023 Pre-registration Desk, The Seoul Shilla Hotel
- Required Documents: Ticket QR code, valid identification, student ID card (for student ticket buyers)
2. Event Day Registration Desk Operation Guidelines:
- Date: September 5, 2023 (Tuesday) - September 6, 2023 (Wednesday) 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Venue: 1st Floor, KBW2023 Registration Desk, Seoul Shilla Hotel
- Required Documents: Ticket QR code, valid identification, student ID card (for student ticket buyers)
[Ticket Collection and Admission Guidelines]
1. Name tags and wristbands can only be collected on-site.
Please bring the required documents as instructed and proceed with personal verification at the registration desk to receive the name tag and wristband. Please carefully read and follow the guidelines below.
After verification and upon presentation of the required documents, you can collect the name tag and wristband together. Reissuance is strictly prohibited in case of damage or loss. Applying excessive force or heat to the name tag and wristband may cause damage, and depending on the extent of damage, entry may be denied.
If you do not possess either the name tag or wristband physically, entry will not be allowed under any circumstances.
2. When collecting tickets, personal verification can only be done with an official document that includes a photo, such as a resident registration card, driver's license, or passport.
The use of someone else's resident registration card, driver's license, passport, or any other form of identity theft is subject to imprisonment for up to 2 years or a fine of up to 5 million won under Article 230 of the Criminal Act. Altering the content of such identification documents for personal use is subject to imprisonment for up to 10 years under Article 225 and 229 of the Criminal Act. Each offense will be punished accordingly.
If any unlawful act as mentioned above is discovered during the personal verification process when collecting tickets, the organizers and ticketing agencies will immediately report it to the police, cooperate fully with the investigation, and hand over the relevant individuals.
Furthermore, please note that the organizers and ticketing agencies will not be held responsible for any unlawful acts related to personal verification.
3. Admission tickets are valid for the day of the event only. If you plan to attend both days, you can collect the name tag and wristband at the registration desk and enter.
4. When entering the venue, you must have both the name tag and wristband.
If you do not have either the name tag or wristband physically when entering the event venue, you will not be allowed to enter.
