While working at this highly regarded international law firm, he focused on private equity transactions, capital markets, venture capital, M&A, large scale commercial and industrial real estate, including construction and engineering financing, and corporate governance.

He has extensive experience specializing in developing culturally relevant lifestyle brands, regulatory compliance in disruptive industries and building profitable business models. He has represented culturally relevant brands like FaZe Clan, MERRYJANE, SKEETV, EnNoir, ChainGang and more. Currently, he works with and represents influencers and thought leaders like FaZe Banks, KaiHenry, ThankYouX, Trippy Labs, Deestroying, FaZe Rain among others and is the co-founder of FEWTURE Co.
