Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information (Required)

To send you the KBW2026 newsletter and advertising information, FactBlock Corp. (the “Company”) collects and uses your personal information as described below.

You may refuse this consent; however, if you refuse, you will not be able to receive the newsletter.

The Company collects your email address and uses it solely to send the KBW2026 newsletter and marketing/advertising information (such as ticket on-sale dates and price changes; speaker, agenda, and sponsor news; and event announcements).

Your personal information is retained until you withdraw consent (unsubscribe) or until three years have elapsed from the close of KBW2026, after which it is destroyed without delay.

[Entrustment of Processing & Cross-Border Transfer]

To collect, store, and send the newsletter, the Company entrusts the processing of personal information as follows, and in the course of this your email address is transferred overseas:

• Google LLC (Google Sheets) — Task: collection & storage of subscription data / Country: United States / Items: email address / Time & method: transmitted over the network upon subscription / Retention: until withdrawal of consent or fulfillment of the purpose

• Sendinblue SAS (Brevo) — Task: sending newsletter emails / Country: France / Items: email address / Time & method: transmitted over the network at the time of sending / Retention: until termination of the entrustment contract or withdrawal of consent

You may refuse the cross-border transfer; however, doing so may restrict delivery of the newsletter. To refuse, please contact ticket@koreablockchainweek.com.

You may withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email or by contacting ticket@koreablockchainweek.com, after which advertising information will no longer be sent.

Please note that mandatory transactional information (such as payment notices) is provided regardless of your marketing consent.
